End of 21 day Paleo Challenge and Weigh in

I know,  some of you may be asking what I am doing.  I started this 21 day challenge as a 21 day Wheat Free/Gluten Free Challenge.  Well it remained that but I went a step further and changed it on Day 1 to the Paleo Diet.  In the next post (later this week)  I will outline the difference between the two. 


My go to workout is kettlebell.  I like kettlebell workouts because you can get cardio and strength training all in one.




Right now, since it is day 22, I wanted to give you all an up date.

Lower Ab:                       53.5                                                  51.5
Hips:                                52                                                     51

My starting weight was:  242.6                              
March 22, 2013


And my current weight is:  235
